We brought our car in last week for an oil change and waited 3 hours. This is not the first time that’s happened, I understand things come up or get pushed back but the communication was awful and I had to keep asking when it would be done. I took the car in today to get a part fixed and they forgot to order the part. So frustrating. People move schedules around to accommodate things like this so when it doesn’t happen because of a stupid error is really frustrating. I love Smart Toyota! We worked with Austin Frye and he was so knowledgeable about the different cars and the options that they had. He was straight forward and we really liked that.
