We brought our car in last week for an oil change and waited 3 hours. This is not the first time that’s happened, I understand things come up or get pushed back but the communication was awful and I had to keep asking when it would be done. I took the car in today to get a part fixed and they forgot to order the part. So frustrating. People move schedules around to accommodate things like this so when it doesn’t happen because of a stupid error is really frustrating.
