The fact that they won't cover something that even their service manager thought they should is petty. All they'll say is that "once a Toyota field service technician makes a determination, there's nothing we can do." Nonsense. Smart is a multi-million dollar a year business and if they wanted to stand by a customer they would.
Went for an oil change, and they mess up my drain plug, and still made me pay for it! Worse, service I have had, the manager was even horrible. Wont return or recommend going here
Went in for a tire repair, told me it needed to be replaced (?), stuck an odd used tire on and charged me $160 and never mentioned the tire was a different mfg. I drive 2015, why would you not put the same mfg tire on. Now they have ordered the right tire and I have to go back to have that put on. What a hassle! I'll never use the express area again.
The best car buying experience I have ever had. Easy, smooth and stress free thanks to the awesome people in sales and finance.
Terrific experience, I got an oil change and it felt like a mini vacation. Food bar, drink bar, kids room and coffee for half of what We payed at Jiffy Lube :)
Had such a great experience working with Ryan Kutty to buy our new Toyota Camry. We actually did 2 separate test drives months apart and Ryan was nothing but respectful and patient through our entire research process. While the car itself seems to be pretty great, I literally just wanted him to have my business!
