Lied about the time taken to do a diagnostic to my face, overcharged me, and I'm getting the same work done at another master certified shop for $250 with a full warranty and free loaner. Don't waste your money on the name.

Horrible service! I even had a sales rep tell me how to scam them! I have been left feeling like I made a deal with scam artists!!!! Would NOT recommend to anyone to get in this situation.
Dishonest service...horrible customer experience. Brought Rav4 in for an oil change. Service department explained that the threads in the oil pan where plug goes were stripped and would cost $550 to replace. They went on to explain that this was due to the high mileage on the vehicle. This was completely dishonest of them. They finally admitted that the issue had nothing to do with vehicle milage and was from improper removal and installation.
