I have been taking my baby here for swims, all the staff are lovely & friendly, everything is explained in detail to you beforehand so you know exactly what you’re doing. The pool is lovely & warm, after a swim class I didn’t have anyone with me to help look after my baby so I could get changed, not to worry, all the lovely workers were there ready to help. A great place. Thank you!
I have been attending the introduction to water classes on a Friday with my 4 month old baby. As a first time mum, classes and new places can be a daunting experience but the staff couldn’t be more lovely! There is plenty of changing areas for the babies, and the staff even offer to hold the babies whilst you get changed yourself. We visited here twice when we were on holiday with our 4 year old grandson. Once for the Under 5s Splash and once for Family Fun. The experiences could not be faulted; friendly and knowledgeable staff, toys that were the best we have ever encountered, all very clean and a good temperature. If you are in the area, you really should give it a try.
Absolutely beautiful place. Lisa, Meg and her team could not have been more welcoming. We arrived at Smart Swim after another local leisure centre had no spaces left for the day. Fully recommend - the whole team were so friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us! The pool was clean, warm and spacious. There were lots of floats and toys for children, the changing rooms and toilets were spotless and there were facilities for drinks and snacks. Lisa saved the day on a rainy afternoon- thank you so so much. Xx
Amazing place to swim! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and I cannot thank them enough for supporting my dear mum. She loves coming to the pool and I feel so relaxed knowing she’s in good hands. It is so lovely that the pool is run by a family that really love what they do. Thank you each and every one of you. Great pool for all ages and plenty of floats and toys in the pool.
