C.I I paid my bill for smart start on 12/12/2022. It was deducted from my account. My appointment for calibration was on 12/14/22, but I called and rescheduled it for 12/16/22. The mechanic said I had 4 days before or four days after my appointment date to service the vehicle. He said Friday at 8 am was fine. Greetings. I have confirmed that Smart Start's pricing in the ***************** is within the pricing limitations required by the State. Regarding the calibration fee, Smart Start charges $75 per month which includes the lease and calibration fee. Some competitors charge the lease and calibration as separate line items.
This business is a scam. My interlock device has gone off when THE **** WERENT EVEN INNTHE IGNITION! They make me "violate" all the time, without warning FOR NO REASON. Actually there is a reason, they make $50 every time I "violate" and I can't get the device removed until I go 180 days violation free. They have made over $2000 from me so far! Ms. Travers had an ignition interlock device installed as required by the State of Washington DMV. The state establishes the program rules and regulations including what constitutes a violation and when an interlock device must lockout. There are two violation lockouts showing on the data log, one on May 11, 2022, the other was on May 27, 2022. This business is an absolute joke!I have a violation lockout EVERY week if not AT the LEAST every TWO weeks MINIMUM! I have paid $65 for this stupid fix over 15 times, with proof of every credit card charge to back my statement up.Yogurt, bread,! And even WATER has violated with alcohol in the computer! But I never failed a retest and never have been reimbursed.I have videos of the device short-aging out and I have it being unviolated and me shutting it off and back when I turn it on it magically is violated!

I am a smart start customer , I have had ********************** since since ***** 2022 *** wont be finished until May 2023. My original end date was ***** 2023. But on ***** 29,2022. I went into a ********* and had to touch two doors plus a bathroom door before re entering my car . This caused me to use hand sanitizer , as always !!! Worst company ever, if you need a idd, please please, don't go to this company, they only answer if your getting a device installed, after installation, forget about customer service, I've had the devices installed for three weeks and can't get them to fill out the paperwork so I can get my driver's license back, what good is a device if I can't drive? How am I supposed to bring the car in for service if I can't drive the car to them....smh, I've should have done my research first
