Great service from the company. Very pleased with my new automatic garage door. Looks great and closes smoothly and quietly. No more metallic "CLANG" in the early hours that annoys the wife and neighbours. The guys even swept up the leaves around the door and left the place clean and tidy. I would use them again, but with only one garage, I hope I don't need to. Highly recommended.
Terrible after sales. My door has stuck shut and I am unable to access the garage. I have called and emailed multiple times in the last 10 days. You only get an answerphone and no one ever calls you back. I am going to have to pay someone else to repair the door, even though it's still under warranty. I urgently need to access my garage. Looks like the small claims court will be needed.

Door doesn’t operate correctly tried a number of times to rectify it but no response from them so I would NOT recommend this company
They installed our garage door incorrectly this was said to us by one of their retail guys. It took over a month to get it to a state where it would be ok. They won’t re-install it because of the cost to them We asked for 5 buttons and we’re given 2, they are refusing to give us the remaining amount. We are now receiving rude and aggressive emails because we won’t pay the remaining balance until the door is to the manufacturers standards. Not our standards the MANUFACTURERS standards.
