I love the philosophies and ideas behind SMART - it resonates with a progressive social ideology, most importantly it's practical and works!
A SMART meeting is very cool .A volunteer but informed Facilitator directs the meeting but the meeting basically runs itself . This is a secular based self help group to address behaviors indulged in against a individuals better judgement ...I have facilitated many such meetings and will be looking into starting a ERIE County area one in the near future .
I started out with 12 step programs and love this so much better it's more real and down to the point no pun intended I would suggest this program to anybody looking to recover from any addiction
