We ordered a sofa from SLF24 and, unfortunately, the delivery by their chosen courier, Furdeco, resulted in damage to our flooring. The scratches were not immediately visible and only became apparent after we had time to properly inspect the area following delivery. Despite promptly reporting the issue with photo evidence, Furdeco denied responsibility on the grounds that the proof of delivery was signed at the time of drop-off. Easy to order. Great customer journey, my expectations were managed regarding delivery. Speedy delivery and the assembly instructions were was easy to follow. The quality is great and i went with this choice as I struggled for space. My dog whos a 35kg german shepard has enough space on the foot stal. But also is steady enough for him to feel comfy.

Ordered fabric samples and these arrived the next day. Then visited their small Worcester showroom and viewed the sofa we were interested in. Ordered two 2-seater sofas and a matching foot stall and it was made and delivered to the UK in 10 days, then delivered to us 14 days after placing the order. Very impressed with the service. I'm sure they're the fastest custom made furniture company! As for the sofas, we're very pleased. Only had them 3 weeks now, but they're great for the money.

Customer service very poor no interest in trying to help resolve an issue just want the £149.00 collection charge per item. Also website is misleading even when trying to arrange an exchange the company was not helpful.... please check the small print as £149 per item to be paid for returns if something is not as you found it displayed on the website site they just wriggle out of it!!!!
