Bought a Lexus beginning of September. Was very happy with the immediate service. Jake was wonderful. HOWEVER, within 2 weeks our one key broke. They covered a refab. That was great. Upon getting our first oil change, FIVE lights were out. The light out indicator was on for a while but never would’ve guessed more than 1 out. 2 weeks later, rack and pinion needed replacing. RecommendedWent in today to get a car. Walked in was greeted pretty promptly. The manager Phil asked us if there was a specific car I was interested in. I had done some browsing online before. I told him what car I wanted to look at. He handed me the keys and let me go right into it. I decided against that car. It was a little too small. Phil got me into a nice car that fit my budget. I even left same day with my new car! A+++. I highly recommend. Great experience and laidback atmosphere.

I’ve purchase many cars in my lifetime and never has such a great experience with a dealership. I’m also a marketing manager so I could see a bs sales pitch coming from a mile away and never once got the feeling that it was “game on time”. They delivered the car right to my house as it’s for my daughter who doesn’t have her license yet so we didn’t register or insure it yet and it’s beautiful. The car looks brand new they did such a good job detailing it. Now I’m in need for a new car and will most definitely go there first
