I have recently used Smalleys to draft a Declaration of Trust for a change in share ownership on a property. Marcia and Katie handled everything for me and they were quick to reply to emails and change anything I needed changing. * Avoid * - do not use and if you find yourself in a chain where any of the parties are using this firm, question whether you have the right buyer. This firm was acting for our buyer. Eleven weeks into what should have been a really simple process, they still refused to commit to a completion date when all other parties had finished their work and signed their contracts.
