Always have had great experience with both of my children here
My daughter and I got there at 8:45 to an appointment at 9 we wait from 8:45 to 11:30 to been seeing, when it finally they got her teeth clean it was 12:50 , that's ridiculous .
Do not go here unless you like having to wait over an hour to finally be called back by the hygenist. Crowded as hell, wouldn't even give this place one star!
Had an 11am appointment for my 4 y/o and was not called into the room until 12:20pm At that time we were told the hygentist had stepped out. After waiting another 10 minutes to return we just left. Only two other patients were in the waiting room, waiting after us and both were waiting over an hour as well and were equally agitated as to why there was a wait when only three appointments were before ours.
