It's called Akron smiles but I was not smiling when I walked out because I was still waiting almost three hours after my SCHEDULED time. Will never go back and I'm sorry for anyone who tries this place out!!!
This place used to be A1 for pediatric dental treatment and care. It has since gone to shit! Front desk a nice group of ladies courteous and professional. The back office is a different story. Rude dental assistants. Unfriendly staff, short staff and only one dentist working the day I took my daughter. We waited 5 hours and never saw a dentist to read the x-ray or make recommendations. I will never be back I promise.
Doctor Joy, and her assistant Brandi were great with my 8 yr old grandson yesterday!! They had much patience and were very tollerant of his difficult behavior at times. I was very happy with the visit. Thank you very much for hanfling him as one of your own. We'll be back in 6 months for sure.
Would not do again. The work shoddy the place is filthy. Horrible at best.
Their great with kids. But appointment times they are way behind on. They give you a time to be there. But they never on time the most slowest dentist office ever
This place is absolutely rediculus, you wait forever for them to call your child back and they are not very friendly. Definitely finding a new dentist for my kids.
