Horrible. my child had a cavity causing pain. waited over 2 weeks to be seen. after over an hour wait I was told by other parents they had been there for 3 plus hours. I asked to reschedule and was told the end of October. a child is in pain and you guys were behind not me! do not go here.
RecommendedI had a very bad experience at a different dentist and since I came there they have always been super nice and understanding!!!
Longest wait time in my life. Way under staffed. Got blood on my sons all white hoodie sayin oh it’s normal for blood to splatter. But where the bib was laying how the heck was there blood???? Oh just use peroxide...umm no! Had to come back 2 days later and the wait time is still horrible. Looking for a new dentist ASAP
I love that they always make sure my four kids appointments are together so I don't have to make so many trips there. they are always quick, and very good with the kids.
We had our first appointment today && i am impressed!! Not a long wait && they were wonderful with my kids ❤️❤️
Nice staff short wait time we schedule last appointment or first one of the day. We have been going for years my son is cavity free and had selants to the back ones. Dentist explained all the teeth and what xrays showed. She was very nice. We have never had an issue. It is a Medicaid facility we have had long waits in the past so I decided to schedule 1st thing or evening.
TOO LONG OF A WAIT! Over 1 hr!!!! If you show up 10 Min late they make you reschedule but they can let you wait in the loud dirty lobby with all these bad kids running around out of control and tv TOO LOUD.
They always do an awesome job! The boys love going there!!
To slow waited 2 plus hours after schedule time, really dont trust them...
