I would advise going elsewhere. My son ended up terrified of the dentist after one of our visits with them. They also told me he needed cavities filled that he didn't have AND missed a tooth that was loose AFTER doing xrays that caused him pain to where he couldn't eat. The tooth couldn't fall out like it was supposed to and we had to have it pulled by another dentist that did xrays and didn't see a single cavity where Small Smiles claimed he had one. This was the first time I took my grandson to this place and they are way to slow! His appointment was at 11:30 and he didn't get seen until almost 2:00. He couldn't have anything to eat or drink after midnight and he had to wait so long. The staff acted like they didn't care. He had to be put to sleep and it seems that when there done they didn't care to make sure that he was okay. They let me take him home as soon as they were done! He's only 4 years old! Iis a good place they r very nice and clean its a really good dentist they do everything right
Love first appointments of the day. All three kids in and out by 9:00. The sensitivity they show my son who has special needs makes me feel great. Go prepared, pick up paperwork a couple days early, we love seeing the dentist

Had a 10 am appt with my grandkids. Came at 9:45. At 11 am people who came after me were being seen and we were still in the waiting room. The person at the desk ask if I wanted to reschedule. Oh H@$& no way. Very unprofessionally run. Sorry my grandkids lost this time and now will have to pick a dentist who knows how to operate. Stay clear from them.
Do not take your kids or yourself here. Took my son for mouth pain was told he was brushing to hard after an x ray 2days later still crying in pain took him to another dentist and he had a cyst that was pushing his teeth up and had surgery that day to remove the cyst. Luckily it was b9 and I didn't believe what they told us. Two years later after going to another dentist found out they also performed unnecessary work in his mouth. I think this is called mal practice. DO NOT GO HERE I think this is also insurance fraud.
This place was horrible!!! My son was 4and they tied him down and scared the piss out of him! He's 12 now and he's iffy about the dentist now! Small smiles is HORRIBLE .... BTW now they are Akron smiles!
