I've been coming here for years they are very good but sometimes they have me waiting long which caused my very bad stress i had to leave before seeing my doctor a few times once when I waited a bit longer then resulted in me losing my brother and the other time I remember my house got flooded sticking to the routine is the only way to stop the bad stuff happening.But has I said they are very good here don't be afraid if u have to come here there are on your side..
I was referred here for an ultrasound and internal examination. The receptionist who booked me in was friendly and helpful, and made sure I knew exactly where to wait. Despite being early, I was called in within a couple of minutes, and both the doctor and nurse immediately put me at ease. The nurse was kind, reassuring, and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. Very happy with my experience.
I was transferred from finch road after 3 years to this health centre. And honestly the receptionist I encountered was beyond help. She got angry at my mum because in her words: "you were standing for 10 minutes and didn't come round I'm right here" in a angry confrontational tone of voice. She then proceeded to get angry after mum complained about her rude behavior stating that "you were lying I wasn't hissing" and "I wasn't angry". She didn't even say hi to me the patient.
