Worked with Chad Hamill to buy my daughter a car. He was very easy to deal with and extremly friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to give him a call. Entire experience was pleasant.
I have not personally shopped at this dealership but I had to deal with them on a business to business aspect. Jeff Merkel was the rudest, most arrogant sales person I have ever had to deal with. As a salesman,you should go out of your way to help the customer and make the sale as easy as possible for them. He was extremely difficult and was making things very hard for the customer too. I would be embarrassed to be part of a company who lets their employees treat people that way.
