I have had nothing but headaches with this dealership. Sales was great, but declined since purchasing. I was asked how my service was 6 days ago, I sent this email and still didn’t hear back. I would not recommend at this point. Quite frankly at this point I probably would not purchase another car from this dealership as it has only been a headache with car issues and the service department. They are professional and Ray , my Service advisor, expedited the routine inspection and oil change. He recommended front brake pads which I had done and recommended 2 front tires. I am putting the car away for winter and will return in the spring for tires. The service is excellent. Thank you all for caring for my car

UPDATE- met w owner, he was very professional and very nice. Kudos to him during this difficult time. We came to terms, I would go back since handled very well. We purchased their first 2020 GMC Sierra 3/4 truck last august. We told them we wanted 5th wheel prep package in which truck the on lot didn’t have. The salesman and manager (who coincidentally was his uncle) said they would install it after. We reiterated we didn’t want extra holes cause we keep vehicles for long time.
