We purchased their first 2020 GMC Sierra 3/4 truck last august. We told them we wanted 5th wheel prep package in which truck the on lot didn’t have. The salesman and manager (who coincidentally was his uncle) said they would install it after. We reiterated we didn’t want extra holes cause we keep vehicles for long time. RecommendedOur experience started out less than stellar because of the way we were treated by the sales manager at the pre-owned center, but Jeff Hobbs and Kim Johnson saved the deal and helped us get into a nicer vehicle than the one we were originally looking at. Kim took the time to return my call way after hours on a Saturday, and Jeff apologized up and down for the way we were treated on our first visit and completely changed our minds on buying a car here. Smail Auto Group and the people running the show, especially Jeff Smail, are a joke. I purchased 2 vehicles off of them in the past year and had issue with both of them. Vehicle #1 - 2012 Chevy Equinox. Bought this vehicle used. The vehicle was a Christmas present, so it sat for 4 months after I purchased it before it was given and driven.
