My daughter bought a used vehicle here under warranty in September. Since then it’s spent more time being “fixed” than she’s had it. She hasn’t even had it a week since the last repair & all the dash lights came on & the aren’t being very helpful about it. Basically saying it’s her issue. We will never buy another car new or used from here again. The way she is being treated has poisoned what good reputation & experiences I’ve previously had with them. Absolutely terrible people and business. If you call to look at a vehicle because you live an hour away, they will sell it out from under you while you are driving there then laugh at you missing out on it. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, TERRIBLE PEOPLE.
When I purchased my car I made sure to get the extended warranty. This dealer has shown me what a waste of money that was. They had my car for 5 days to replace the window regulator. The stated they didnt have any loaner vehicles. I find that hard to believe since I have never dealt with a dealership that didnt have loaner vehicles for repairs on a warranty covered vehicle. I have to give a shout out to Alec at Smail Honda in Greensburg. My husband and I pulled up on Friday afternoon , he came right over to us, great customer skills, helped us with looking at vehicles and lead us to picking out a vehicle that worked for us. It was a smooth process from start to finish and everyone involved was so nice. Had to have somebody work done on my Suv Someone had taken a key or a screwdriver to the hood and dud some really deep damage. It looks absolutely like new now and was finished when expected.
Listen when the customer tells you what is wrong with the vehicle. Get back to the customer when they contact someone at the dealership that they have bought multiple cars from. Don't make the customer wait 2 to 3 hours for simple services to be completed. Step up the detail and paint work, don't have it look like a 5 year old did either job.
