The service is excellent at the Acura dealership in Greensburg. Alex Jones, the service manager is not only professional but welcoming. Service was done accurately in a timely fashion. The bonus was a car wash and interior wipe down and vacuum.
It was so nice to have them pick up my car for inspection during this stay at home time.
They are great. Always going above and beyond
Dave, Matt and Mike in the Smails Mercedes service area are top notch and you feel like you are part of a family when you walk in. The waiting area gives you a comfortable feeling not to mention good coffee/ tea selection with real coffee cream . As a first time Mercedes owner, it took awhile to get used to all the bells and whistles on the car. I seemed to get a lesson everytime I go there and like their willingness to do so . No I am not a Smails employee or family member - just a first time Smail and Mercedes owner.
I had a dead battery on my 2007 Solstice. Called Troy Z who has been our Service rep for years. Troy set me up for the next day. Called me back as he found a less expensive option.... As I told Troy ....he is simply the best!

One of the things we pride ourselves in is that our customers can interact with 1 salesperson and shop all 10 of our brands and our 2 Used Car Centers. In this case, that structure did not work out. There can be occasions when multiple customers have interest in the same vehicle, but they are interacting different sales people.
