SLS from the moment we arrived was absolutely the most courteous and helpful hotel I have ever stayed in from New York to Miami and LA. The staff was more than helpful and always on point. Special thanks to Alfredo the front desk supervisor. Great hotel would recommend the SLS in an instant!
