Service beyond our expectations! The team from top to bottom took care of our every need, last minute request - always with a smile. They made a busy business travel week less stressful. Terrific job to the entire team! Cannot wait to come back! 👍
So fabulous ... the stay was cute , hospitable, accomidating and kind always. I can't recommend this hotel enough especially after traveling the world and knowing what comfort and Luxery is all about. I'm just so sad the weather was cold because that Roof to Pool is by far one of the best in the city. I would have loved to enjoy it too...next time for sure!

I usually dont write reviews but had to write this one. This hotel is one of the best in beverly hills. Quality of service and ammenities are just outstanding. Room is very well designed and spacious. Everyone goes out of their way to make your experience better. Dinner at The Bazaar was great🏼- Quality cocktails and food. Breakfast at Tres was just the same. Would definitly recoomend it.

Room had many issues. A/c did not work, mold in the shower tiles etc.. with No guest recovery. It was my birthday and 8 year anniversary no acknowledgment when I stated it in the reservation as well as no guidance on the property amenities during check in though the man was nice. When leaving I left my flowers and I called about 10 minutes later the gentleman said no one has been in the room since I left and there's no flowers seen when he checked asking if I misplaced them??
