It was nice considering it was dark and gloomy. Honestly, with duct tape counter tops and a torn curtain in our room ... on top of the room smelling like smoke ... well I just wasn't impressed and completely disappointed! They didn't open the main lobby doors for us when our hands were full. Almost all the hotel chains I stay at do ... makes a big impression on me. I have stayed in BH many of times. I have to say, in my 25 years of staying at hotels, I've never come across a hotel representative that has gone above and beyond than Clarence. I met him on my recent trip back in April, and his service is truly amazing and 110% accommodating. He made sure to leave us a good bye note on his last night before his day off. I hope to see Clarence again for all of my future stays.

Food and ambiance were both AMAZING! I loved the holograms and appetizers. Best Gazpacho I have EVER had!

A great stay, a little windy on the rooftop but the pool was still the perfect spot to hang around in the afternoon ! I loved the view and the service was just perfect ! I can only recommend this hotel if you are ever to stay in LA !
