I don't normally leave reviews but this hotel was terrible right from check in. I booked a "Deluxe Suite" room via a third party booking site. There were 4 'lower' room types and the images for the room I booked was definitely a suite. When I arrived, I was told that I was booked into a standard studio twin room because there was no such thing was a Deluxe Suite but they will do me the favour of giving me a king bed (same room type) instead, or I could pay more to get a suite. Zachary and staff were so attentive. I let them know that I was celebrating my 10th anniversary and literally got emails and calls up for he day of my arrival to ensure all was in order. They had chocolates and champagne ready for our celebration. Awesome staff.
