I stayed on your hotel on 26 of July. You debited from my credit card $295 of a consumption that we didn´t have. I checked the receipts you sent me with the number of orders 1123, 1284 and 1293 which add up to 295 USD from the restaurant "tres". We only had breakfast!!!. A month has passed since the first email I sent you and I have not received a reply. 👎👎👎. Guest be careful because apparently it is a usual practice.
