Brakes and rotors replaced in Oct '18 by Sloane. November '19 (11 months) vibration noticed. During inspection in Dec '19 3rd party mechanic told me rotors are warped but brakes have 75% life left. Not only did the dealer refuse to make this right and replace the rotors, they wouldnt even look at it without charging $70. I spent 2-3 times the money to have Sloane do the brakes and rotors because I expected quality. If the dealer cant make this right I'm done with the dealer and Honda.
I was in the market for a Used car and my friend recommended to come to Sloane Honda and check their cars out. I drove 4-5 cars and finally found on I wanted and bought the car on the same day. My Sales person Temur Abrorov did a great job, and the process was very easy.

SLOANE HONDA SERVICE MANAGER TOM HYNDSMAN IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FIRST I TRIED ALL DAY ON MONDAY TO REACH HIM TO TALK ABOUT MY THE SERVICE BEING DONE ON MY CAR AND HOW WE CAN WORK SOME PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT BECAUSE THE BILLL CAME TO 1734.00 THIS MAN SHOWED ME NO TYPE OF EMPATHY DESPITE I HAD MANY SERVICES DONE AT THIS PLACE SAYING HE CAN ONLY GIVE ME A FFEW DAYS
Took my moms car here for her Honda oddesy. The seat belt would not stay clicked. So they replaced the seat belt, however the door would not stay shut and it continued to slide back open. After taking it to Sloan 2x for the same issue, the service manager insisted on telling me that their was nothing wrong and I was crazy.
