My husband and I had a great experience at Sloane Honda. We would recommend anyone in the market for a new or used car to go here. We couldn't have been happier with the service.
Never on time , said be done in 2 hrs I'm here for 2.5 and made me to wait 40 more minutes , and I scheduled the appointment!
I rate 5 because i had an excellent saleman who went above and beyond to make my first car buy experience a success. Carlos santana is the best sales person and i recommend him to any person seeking to buy a vehicle..very kind and friendly person always takes the next step to make a customer satisfied..keep up the good work

Horrible service from Jaime in the service department!!!! Also we leased a car and 2 months later it needed to be serviced due to an electrical problem which we were told by Jaime that we would have to pay for the diagnostic and there would be no rental car given while the car was in for service ! I would not recommend buying or leasing a car from Sloane Honda. Do yourself a favor and buy a car from a dealer who offers rental cars and who hires a friendly service staff.
