Terrible place! From the dealership to the service center. They look for vulnerable people/elderly and take advantage the best they can. Stay away from this dealership! The worst part is how little the staff care about their customers, can't believe they treated my family and I that way.
Bought our 3rd Honda from the best salesman, Branden Singer! Terrific experience and love our new Pilot. Our grandkids love their heated captain seats and the DVD. Called ahead and he had a test drive ready on our arrival. Costs figures were all done and we bought it on the spot, he just had to find our color choice. It came in no time. Went in to buy a brand new 2018 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition. I was assisted by Glenn (salesman) and Alex (manager) and didn’t have to haggle for a price. Got exactly what i wanted for the price I wanted. They did not have one on the lot but worked out a trade with another dealership at 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon and they stayed past closing to make sure I got my truck that day.
