Terrible place! From the dealership to the service center. They look for vulnerable people/elderly and take advantage the best they can. Stay away from this dealership! The worst part is how little the staff care about their customers, can't believe they treated my family and I that way.
Horrible service from Jaime in the service department!!!! Also we leased a car and 2 months later it needed to be serviced due to an electrical problem which we were told by Jaime that we would have to pay for the diagnostic and there would be no rental car given while the car was in for service ! I would not recommend buying or leasing a car from Sloane Honda. Do yourself a favor and buy a car from a dealer who offers rental cars and who hires a friendly service staff. Bought our 3rd Honda from the best salesman, Branden Singer! Terrific experience and love our new Pilot. Our grandkids love their heated captain seats and the DVD. Called ahead and he had a test drive ready on our arrival. Costs figures were all done and we bought it on the spot, he just had to find our color choice. It came in no time. When you are ready for a Honda, call Branden at Sloane!
