Went to Sloane today and bought a beautiful 2018 Honda CR-V. Michael Alexanian was my sales rep and he was wonderful. He answered all of my questions, was incredibly knowledgeable and polite. From there everything was streamlined and easy to set up. In the end Michael taught me how to do everything from sync my phone to the Bluetooth to setting up my home address on the navigation system. Highly recommend this dealership and Michael!

Horrible experience! Purchased a 2017 CRV in November. First They lost all the paperwork I signed and I had to go back and sign everything again. Second, was told they would contact my car insurance when I purchased it and they there was nothing I needed to do. I came to find out this month when I called my insurance company for my new rate that they never did anything and I did not have insurance because they were never contacted. Recently I leased a 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback from Sloane and it was a excellent experience; had the pleasure of working with Michael Alexanian. Approximately 2 months ago I purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot from you. I have been seeking clarification on the raodside assistance that was supposed to come with it for approximately 5 weeks. I have emailed your staff at least 7 times and I have left 4 voicemails and no response. It is interesting that when I was going to purchase the car I was called multiple times per day. Parts was not open until eight and the staff at the parts counter was extremely rude. (All Caucasian staff). From now on I will buy my car oil and filters at Walmart.
