I made an appointment and waited over two hours. When I came out, my car was parked right beside a huge puddle making it difficult for me to get inside my car. On top of that the seat of my car AND steering wheel weren't returned to its original position, making it very uncomfortable as I tried to return it to my preferred settings.

Less then satisfactory buying experience. The 2015 Ford Transit Connect we purchased was delivered with less then 1/2 tank of gas (they promised a full tank) and smelling like cigarette smoke (We don't smoke). The salesperson Ervin dissed us twice. When we came to pick up the car he could hardly be bothered with us, mostly ignoring us for the better part of the two hours we had to wait for the vehicle to be delivered.
