One of the receptionists (older lady) is incredibly rude. I called at 8am and asked for an appointment and she told me that there were none left and the earliest she could get me in was two weeks time. I said "ok, 2 weeks time sounds fine, lets do that", she stumbled a bit like she didnt expect that answer and said she had nothing in two weeks and I had to ring back at 8am tomorrow. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor’s. When you have the place I am volunteering. The manager looking through my medical records. And without my permission. They should pay me compensation. Between them. Rubbish medical negligence
Why have I got to travel miles to see my own doctor when there are two surgeries and I don't drive?
if I have zero or less than I will give very funny surgery of doctors who never help to their patients also doctors themselves also sad like very sad they not have feelings how others are feelings I think NHS will take action or audit this place urgently
