Total joke of a surgery! Request an appointment in the morning and made it clear the pain is unbearable and they decided to send me a link to book an appointment 3 days later! Pathetic surgery! Will be moving!
The system is really bad and some of the locom Doctors are dismisive and are detrimental to mental health. The staff ate lovely. .
Really happy with the care my self and my daughter has received from Sloan, especially from Dr Imogen chan, she’s really help and Supported me over the last couple of months, it’s a really shame to see her go.
I have received outstanding care from Sloan, including a medical emergency earlier this year. I always received a follow-up call after appointments, and all the staff are polite and helpful. Without doubt the best surgery I have ever been with.
This practice has gone downhill since sloan died. More like speaking to a job centre employee. Absolutely no empathy and or ability to do their job, won't even look at a patients file Shocking
