The system is really bad and some of the locom Doctors are dismisive and are detrimental to mental health. The staff ate lovely. .

Really happy with the care my self and my daughter has received from Sloan, especially from Dr Imogen chan, she’s really help and Supported me over the last couple of months, it’s a really shame to see her go.

I have received outstanding care from Sloan, including a medical emergency earlier this year. I always received a follow-up call after appointments, and all the staff are polite and helpful. Without doubt the best surgery I have ever been with.

This practice has gone downhill since sloan died. More like speaking to a job centre employee. Absolutely no empathy and or ability to do their job, won't even look at a patients file Shocking

Dr Imogen Chan was excellent. She had clearly read my notes before my appointment about an ongoing condition which has not yet resolved, despite treatment. She was very professional and I felt listened to and taken seriously. She was sympathetic to how long it had been going on for. Dr Chan came up with a plan moving forward which I was happy with.
