I have been a member of this group for just short of 3 years new. It is a warm friendly welcoming atmosphere the minute you walk through the doors. You get all the help you need and the group class along with Linda who is the group consultant are amazing. Linda is someone who goes out her way to make sure you are okay and if you need help outside group.she is always on hand. If you walk into the group that Linda runs you'll never look back or regret it 😊
Lindas group on a Wednesday at Victoria Dock is a lovely bunch of people. The group is very supportive, non judgemental and fun! Linda is a great motivator and is always available to help whatever the problem. I highly recommend her and Slimming World, for your weight loss journey.
