Slimming world has definitely changed my life. From day 1 I was welcomed into the awesome 17:30 class and week after week you are supported by a great consultant who genuinely cares about you. The group always be there to laugh with you, cry with you, give suggestions, moral support all without judgement. If nothing else, it's 1.5 hours a week that you can give to yourself, which we all find difficult to do. It really does work people. I've lost over 6 stone in less than 18 months. I just wish I started sooner.
