It is a wonderful group and an easy plan to follow- with no food forbidden. Not only is there 100% support from Michelle, our consultant, other members are encouraging and enthusiastic. Together, anything is possible. Owing to the Covid 19 restrictions we are currently unable to meet at the venue but we still keep in contact via Zoom. Michelle is always interesting and interested.
