Slimming World Byker and Heaton, with Adam is AMAZING, it has helped me to lose 9 stone, the help from Adam during and out of group hours is fantastic, during group i have picked up lots of hints, tips and recipies, made new friends which has all helped me to lose the weight and keep it off, so if you are thinking about losing weight come along xx
