Called several times to arrange a viewing but always told to go through the website, and they never call back. Edit: This happens to us at least 2/3 times about a year ago. It was always a lady. We saw properties on rightmove/zoopla we were interested, called to book for a viewing and check availability and she referred us to left our details on zoopla/rightmove, and we never received callback. Both The Estate Agents and The solicitor of Sleigh and Son in Droylsden were amazing. They are friendly nothing was too much trouble. They completly put me at ease only had to go in to sign documents. Everything handle they kept me in the loop. They did all my viewings. Really had nothing much to do. 100 % I would recomend them. Ridiculously old fashioned firm. Print all their emails off and deal with them in order, along with the post. Hilarious really. It’s 2026. This is not convenient for clients or anyone else.
Not only does this firm offer an appalling level of service with regards to conveyancing, their owner and partner, Simon Sleigh is incapable of establishing basic facts when handling a complaint. Very concerning and I would strongly suggest avoiding these at all costs.
