Stephanie provided an online workshop for our corporate finance focussed team at Deloitte. The way she combined deep technical knowledge, with practical methods of implementation through clear communications was extremely useful. I would 100% recommend to any corporate teams looking to arrange a session to start to approach the topic of sleep, as part of a wider commitment to wellbeing.
Update: one year on from starting the sleep course - my sleep pattern remains fantastic --------- The sleep I now get is much better quality (and hence much more restorative) because I've been educated in the realities of sleep. I cannot thank Helen and Stephanie enough for the above - it's genuinely life changing.
Working with Stephanie over the last couple of months has been a very positive experience. I have learned so much & feel more in control of my sleep, which means I am less anxious and stressed going to bed.
