Many thanks to the team at Sleepy Hollow for advising and providing a great quality bed and mattress to my home this morning. Exceptionally poor service from the team at Sleepy Hollow, unfortunately. I ordered a mattress (the same as in a friends house) that turned out to be faulty, caused my partner and I back problems and was unusable. After asking for a refund via email and phone several times, they eventually started ignoring me. Avoid ordering online with them, as they are no help if something goes wrong.
