Nice rooms friendly employees would stay again indoor pool was a little cool but once your in its okay
Attended a birthday celebration. Very clean and room was nice! We didn't stay but if we were to come back, I'll definitely stay.
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful , however I have never stayed at a hotel that charged you $12 for stale toast , and 2 eggs .. it's usually complementary breakfast at ALL other Hilton Garden Hotels ... very disappointed in that . Also bathroom in our room was dirty and random Hair and dirt in shower ... wouldn't stay at this location again . 😐
The service sucks have to wait very long to get service
My overall experience at the hotel was okay! I only encountered one problem. I asked for hand towels and never received them. The lady at the front desk told me housekeeping had them and she'd have some brought to me && that never happened. Housekeeping was in the hall and I asked for towels...Of course she didn't have any! Moral of this story is I never received any towels.
We chose this hotel for our overnight stay during my daughter's birthday weekend. Excellent, friendly service. Very down to Earth staff who i am thankful laughed and joke with me while my kids were bouncing off the walls and I thought I was going nuts lol. Very clean, courteous staff, loved the beds too! Thanks again!
Customer service was great and the staff very friendly, the Hotel is very beautiful and the room very clean, bed very comfortable, bathroom is clean and perfect sizes. I would definitely recommend to my friends. Restaurants nearby, Walmart 5 minutes from Hotels. Basically you won't be disappointed.
