I arrived and they took care of me right away. I got my room quickly. The service was great. I went upstairs using the elevator to my room and when I opened the door, it was a wow factor. My room was clean and spacious. The hotel restaurant was great with excellent service and the food was awesome. I would most certainly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Shreveport, Louisiana.
Decent hotel but not up to the typical HGI standards
I've stayed in Super 8 hotels that was better, and cleaner. There was hair in the sink and tub. Spider webs everywhere. Beds hard as a rock. I tried to go swimming in their so called indoor pool but it felt like an oven set on 500. It was so hot I couldn't breathe, and I was only in there 30 seconds. But I can say customer service was great
Elevator smells of mildew. Spa is supposed to be open until midnight but we were kicked out at 10:30. Towels aren't big enough for a child. Satisfaction guaranteed!? Ha! Will not be staying here ever again.
Great staff and facilities for the 2018 Raising Canes Red River Balloon Rally
The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful. The reason for a three rating is because it is not very handicapped accessible. My husband broke his ankle and is in a wheel chair. There are very few ramps and then you have to wheel the chair around curving sidewalks with bushes growing out into the sidewalks. There are no ramps near the side and back doors where I was suggested to park.
Very average to below average room. Big but terrible use of space and bad furniture from aesthetic. Ceiling fan sounded like it was a car that won’t turn over.
