Great hotel wonderful hospitality!!! The staff is magnificent greeted you as you came in.
The last time I was here it was wonderful. Not so much this time. Trash in the room. Tv remote problems. Shower valve broken...
The hotel was ok. It was clean but disappointing was the fact that they offered no breakfast that you did not have to pay extra for. We went down the street to IHOP and ate very good for less. I was disappointed with TV service also. Offered no real choice of things to watch. The staff was nice and friendly though. Next time I book in this city, a breakfast will be an amenity .
The staff was friendly. However, both beds were dirty. The night staff brought clean linen and helped remake both beds. Hopefully, he laid into housekeeping.
Very clean room. We were surprised to have to pay $11 for breakfast that would typically be complimentary at lesser costing hotels.
