The smell of bleach fermenting the sheets n blanket put me at ease sleeping n a strange bed. Breakfast staff were very professional, curtious n helpful...15 stars !
One person at check in and it was a 15 minute process to get up to the counter to check in The shower handle was broken, the ottoman was torn, the sheets looked dirty and had hair on them. To top it off, it had not been vacuumed and there was broken glass on the floor, about 8 pieces that I found, that cut my feet on 2 different places. I won't stay here again.
I must State the rooms looks nothing like the picture!!! I always stay here when I'm in town. The staff is always professional but I have never ate at the hotel. I know the area well so I eat out. I did have a drink there before and it was not worth the $8.00. Now the rooms are dated,especially the restroom but they are clean upon arrival and they give you plenty of towels. I don't think management responds to items bought to their attention well.
Very clean with friendly and courteous staff... I wish they had complimentary breakfast but still a nice place to rest. Pool and jacuzzi was great!!!
