Absolutely the worst experience at a Hilton property to date.
Hotel is solid. Tanisha and Britney at the bar were great. Kari in the morning has always been solid. Cleaning staff misses things or knocks with a dnd sign sometimes, but overall my choice in shreveport.
Very friendly staff, clean. It's what one would expect, Hilton.
It was short but comfortable, coffee machine was full of dust
The room was unkept; the past tenants left an empty beer carton that the staff never cleaned up. There were stains on the sheets of the futon (the mattress of which was on top of a broken frame) and quite a bit of filth in the bathroom. The elevator obviously hadn't been cleaned and had dirt and cigarette butts covering the floor. Obviously this place is uncared for by employees and management. We spent a few nights there. It was comfortable, clean and a very warm atmosphere.
I have no use for this piece of shit place and don't know how it got on my page! I drive by this place everyday and can't say what I wish. If someone sent to my facebook page as revenge you better keep hiding behind that keyboard!
Clean, comfortable, very kind and helpful staff... Overall a great experience with the exception of the hallways having an odd smell.
Beautiful hotel but check in time is 3pm its 3:29 and they're saying sorry we are waiting for rooms to be ready. well there is a room full of people waiting. my question is check outs at 12 noon and its 3:30 pm and no rooms are ready. How can that be?

You’re absolutely right, check-in time is 3pm and check out time 12:00pm. On sold out nights especially as we care for moms and their teenagers who are very focused on winning their recent sport games, no doubt, we had a hotel full of very tired peepers. Hence, we may struggle to get rooms ready for our next set of special guests within 3-hours of time... read more
