Recommendedcomfortable clean rooms, and great service
they need a serious remodeling
dcfs red cross and Hilton Garden Inn Hotel has brought our rooms free due to evacuated from Lake Charles lost our home and everything we needed for our 3 babies they brought
it's a great place everyone is really nice
The hotel itself was nice but prepaid through Expedia and was Still charged!!! TWICE!! $115 & $142. A month later 8 have 1 charge refunded but not the other. I have called numerous times and emailed my receipt from Expedia. I have yet to receive a call back or refund for the second charge!!!
The service was good. Breakfast in my room was very good and fresh!
Positive experience. Attended a private event, food was very good, with a nice variety and seasoned, cooked nicely. Table service was excellent. Room was clean and above standards. Staff was approachable, friendly and professional.
Rooms were not correct! Customer service was a joke and nonexistent!
