Why does nobody pick up phone or respond to emails??? Been waiting for my delivery for 5 days now. Was supposed to be delivered las friday but nothing, mo text, no email, no phonecall.
I had an excellent easy transaction with this seller. They held my order for me until my builders had finished and then delivered. The bed itself is super, well priced and so is the mattress. Great customer service.

Ordered and paid for a quick message delivery will be Friday, Thursday morning got a call saying delivery scheduled as planned will get a text with time slot this evening 2 hours later got a message saying item out of stock either choose a different colour or wait 3-5 days for a refund How unprofessional is that and looking through there feedback it’s not the first time they’ve did this to customers
