I have contacted the Sled Shed four times about delivering my Hustler to my CR address. The delivery bill and service has been paid, and it has been well over a month since service was complete -- when I could have mowed and crunched leaves one more time this season. The product is great, service not.
When in to get a gas cap, a pretty universal thing, couldn't find it without my model number even with the cap in hand. I looked it up on my phone on Google tried to give him that model number because it came right up for $5 wouldn't typing and needed in mine. After asking about 5 times if he could just get up and look for gas cap on top of showing him that it fit one of the floor models in the store he looked in two drawers.
