They could just send you to someone who can actually fix their stuff! I put a saw in there and they lied and lied, even told me parts were on back order so I called still the company and they said they haven’t been back ordered for years. So they lied. They had my saw in there for almost 4 months ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous! Every time we called they gave a different stupid excuse. Worst company i have ever ordered anything from. Took 3 months for them to order a bagger in and after calling 3 different times they stated they have not ordered it. After getting it and paying they charged me for shipping when i was told on the initial order there isn't shipping which i asked. stated I am returning it and he stated I'm not taking it back and hung up on me
Very rude, horrible customer service. Our zero turn in which we purchased from them has been there for a month and a half for routine service. Was told it would be done in 2 weeks, never heard anything and called multiple times to get told they would get to it. Finally went to pick up to take some where else and waited 15 minutes for them to “find” our mower. Would not recommend purchasing or taking anything there unless you prefer to get treated like crap and horrible customer service.
Took my trimmer in for service in Sept 2018, Just got it back yesterday. Paid in full with no complaints for the length of time, wanted a new battery operated on and all the fixings with it. Asked the salesmen if they took trade ins after having looked at many used ones while waiting for mine to located, he said no and walked away. Never even asked if i was interested in a new anything. Customer Service sucks, same trimmer is half the price at both farm stores anyway. Wanted to shop local.
