Really rude! I booked an appointment for Sleaford roofing to visit my property to check a leak on my roof. After waiting for an hour, I phoned up to check they could find my house to be told it was my fault he didn’t turn up, he was extremely rude and shouted down the phone at me. Never use Sleaford roofing.
