First, if I could give a review of 10 stars, I would. ROSS McEWAN was amazing from the moment I called him until the moment I signed. As an international client, the process needed to be easy for me and Ross made it happen within 5 days of first contact. The entire office is so friendly and helpful and I want others to have the same experience.
I dealt with both Lisa and Amanda when letting my mum's house. They were great! Professional and great at communicating all information rg the lease and process. I've never used a letting agent to lease a property before and this was a great experience. Would highly recommend. Thank you everyone in Stirling office.
