Disappointing. Sale went through so not 1 stars but throughout the process the branch made mistakes such as not checking the advert was on rightmove/zoopla when they said it was, advertising board not going up until 5 days after it was on the market, removing the advert from rightmove/zoople instead of marking under offer, a general lack of guidance, not grouping viewings as we were told they would, then was told 2 days before the sale that the quote for fees was incorrect and they would send an updated quote which never hap... read more
